Cardinals and Christmas

Such a joy to look out the window and see the bright red of the flitting cardinal in my yard.  He's even more stunning against the glistening white of a Christmas snow.  The cardinal that Stampin' Up! has designed for the year's Holiday Catalog is simply beautiful.  I love how they have made it a two-step stamp...it gives the dimension that this beautiful bird deserves!

I stamped him on Watercolor Paper and then added him to the rest of my design.  I used Crystal Effects on the berries to give more texture to my card.
