I’m Thankful for So Much

In my last entry I showcased those cute elves in the Real Red and Call Me Clover color combo. But here’s another red-green combo that is gorgeous, too.  I stamped the leaves from Colorful Seasons in Merry Merlot and Mossy Meadow. What do you think? Instead of using the DSP for my background I used the Buffalo Check stamp on my Stamparatus and I’m really happy with the plaid  as it really helps showcase my leaves and my sentiment. What are you doing with your Stamparatus?  What greens and reds are you pairing?

Signs of Christmas

Santas elves are very busy!  I love this how cute this stamp set is! I can customize it any way I want, and then I can use my Bigshot to cut my pieces and assemble my cards and projects (with the coordinating framelits) to send to my friends and family. This set has been added to my “favorites” stash and I’ll be using it for a very long time! The colors I’ve used for the elves is Call Me Clover which coordinates beautifully with Real Red. I used some of my leftover snowflakes from a previous project on this blog. The Blizzard Thinlits Die will be joining my stash, too.  The DSP (Designer Series Paper) that coordinates beautifully with the red and green here is actually in the Annual Catalog on page 189. Check out Under the Mistletoe and let me know what YOU think.

Beautiful Blizzard Bundle by Stampin' Up!

I absolutely love the thinlit in this bundle.  Keep scrolling down to check out some other things that I'VE done with this amazing tool!

I cut the Happy Birthday sentiment and then using my Flirty Flamingo, Pool Party and Highland Heather Stampin' Blends I colored the phrase

Here it is popped out

Using a sponge I used the coordinating ink pads to randomly color this sheet of Thick Whisper White cardstock.  After I colored I cut another piece of Thick WW cardstock and made a stencil with the Snowflake Thinlit.  Then I used the Shimmery White Embossing Paste and created this beautiful background for my birthday card
I layered cardstock, added that birthday sentiment and embelished with some snowflakes that were left behind from the making of that template and blinged it up with some rhinestones

Here's a Christmas card I made with the negative piece, sponging a little bolder for the background

The colored snowflakes on this background are sponged using my original template from the card shown above, before I used that embossing paste.  After coloring my snow couple and assembling my card I added some snowflakes cut with this die and the Sparkle Glimmer Paper.

Let me know what you think and send me some pix of your projects using this snowflake Thinlit Die.  I'd love to see what you're up to!
