From All of Us

Coloring is so therapeutic for me.  I can be having the craziest day and if I go into my studio and just take a deep breath, stamp some images and color with my Stampin' Blends it gives me the opportunity to "defragment" and I'm able to see my world in a different way.

What about you? How does stamping and coloring benefit you? I'd love to hear from you.
