Having Fun Imagining Today with Mistletoe Season

I just returned from a San Francisco vacation and am bursting with the need to create all the cards I’ve been imagining while I was away.  Taking some time away from “life” was a treat and something I need to do on a more regular basis.  What about you?  Do you take time away from the serious side of life very often?  It’s so refreshing!  I hope you enjoy my creativity and I’d love to know what you think😉

I’m not sure if you are so into our Holiday Catalog that you’ve forgotten about all the wonderful Christmas merchandise in our Annual Catalog, but in case you haven’t thumbed through our main idea book, the wreath I’ve made is using the Seasonal Wreath Embossing Folder (146833) on page 223.  I did fussy cut it and then adhered it with our Multipurpose Glue (110755).  I colored the Rhinestones (144220) with the Dark Poppy Parade Stampin’ Blend (146879) and added some Gold Metallic Pearls (146282) and Frosted Epoxy Drops (147801).  I finished off my card with the Real Red 3/8” Mixed Satin Ribbon (147894).  The epoxy drops and ribbon are both from the holiday catalog, but again, the annual catalog won my choice for my sentiment. Check out Mistletoe Season (146768) on page 95.  Oh, and I used the Thick Whisper White Cardstock (140272).

As you “celebrate the season” check out the ingredients for this card.  The star of this card IS from the Holiday Catalog.  This designer series paper is the All is Bright DSP (147892) and I love everything about it! From the photographic sheets to the printed ones, it’s just lucious! You’ll want to be sure to get some packages for your own stash, before they’re gone forever in a few short weeks.  The card base and label are Poppy Parade Cardstock (119793). The sentiment is cut from Thick Whisper White Cardstock and the layers of labels are cut using my Bigshot (143263) with the Stitched Labels Framelits (146828). The circle piece is cut from the Sparkle Glimmer Paper (146957). I attached the sentiment piece to the glimmer piece using Mini Glue Dots (103683).  Oh, and once again, the stamp set I used is Mistletoe Season (146768)
